I’ve now finished the wonderful Connect to Nature: Connect to Self course run by Morwhenna and Jaimie and I really enjoyed it. Being outside definitely increases my feelings of well-being and I discovered that even something as simple as spending 5 minutes in the garden drinking my early morning cup of tea makes a huge difference to my mood. I loved the huge variety of different exercises for getting outside and noticing more about what was going on around me. It was also great to be part of an on-line community sharing our experiences. The exercises really helped me to slow down and appreciate the moment more and also to be more creative.
