When first moved to Cambridge, I thought that the landscape was much too flat. I missed the expansive views that can only be seen from the top of a large hill. However, after 18 years of living here, I have grown to love the flatness and the big skies above the flat fields. After my recent holiday to Devon, instead of wishing I lived by the sea as I had expected to, when I returned I was excited to see the flat landscape as I neared home. So here are some photos in celebration of the East Anglian landscape. If you can recommend any good viewpoints near to Cambridge that I can photograph I’d be grateful!
